At Grootspay, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. This Return Policy explains when you may request a refund for course purchases and Grootspay Plus membership fees.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Your request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
- You have consumed less than 20% of the course content (videos, modules, or equivalent)
- The course is not part of a bundle or promotion with different refund terms
- You have not already received a certificate of completion for that course
2. Grootspay Plus Membership
Grootspay Plus annual membership refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used member-only resources or attended live sessions. Contact support with your membership details for review.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted when:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase (unless required by law)
- You have completed more than 20% of the course
- You have downloaded or extensively accessed downloadable member materials beyond a trial threshold
- There is abuse or violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, fraudulent chargebacks)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email info@grootspay.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email, course or membership name, and payment reference
- Briefly explain the reason for your request
We respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
5. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, access to the refunded course or membership benefits will be revoked. You may re-enroll at any time by purchasing again.
6. Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent access to paid content, contact us first so we can resolve the issue. If we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
